"I have been with State Farm for many years now. We all know insurance anything is stressful and can be hard to understand, afford, and deal with. However this location has given me so much peace and understanding. No matter whom I speak with in this office, they are willing to assist and take as much time needed to ensure I am still happy and understand what my policies entail. They are not afraid to breakdown every little detail if needed. They don’t sugarcoat policies, they educate. I have personally worked with Pam herself who immediately stepped in to ensure if there was any miscommunication, that she was there to correct any questions or concerns. This location will go above and beyond for you with urgency. If they say they will call or email you, expect it because they will. They hold true to their word. I have also been getting assistance from Alicia Burke who has been absolutely phenomenal. She has gone above and beyond. She is quick, timely, efficient, and you can tell she does care. I have multiple policies with this location, from car to home insurance etc. and at any point I felt a concern Alicia and their ENTIRE office immediately eases my uncertainties. I think it’s truly important to have a solid team and feel confident that if the direct person you normally speak with is out of office , that you feel secure and confident to call your insurance location anyway and know you are being taken cared of. Thank you Pam, Alicia, and team for always having my back and always answering any questions. Big or small I never feel burdened when I call. And to top it off, consistently for years Pam’s office sends out a birthday card directly to you when your birthday rolls around. It’s a small gesture but so kind.
